Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Catalove, a listing-merge automation tool for Amazon sellers, operated by ASIN Growth Hub ("Catalove," "we," "us," or "our") at catalove.ai and app.catalove.ai. By creating an account or using Catalove, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Catalove connects to your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's own secure login (OAuth) and helps you create parent-child (variation) relationships between your product listings. You review and approve every merge before it is submitted — Catalove does not change your Amazon catalog without your confirmation.

2. Your Amazon Account

You're responsible for maintaining a valid, compliant Amazon Seller Central account and for making sure any listing changes made through Catalove comply with Amazon's own policies. Catalove is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon.

3. Beta Program

Catalove is currently in beta. Beta terms, including any free usage allowance, are shown on our Pricing page and may change as we move out of beta. We'll give you reasonable notice of material changes.

4. Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through a secure third-party payment processor; Catalove does not store your full card details on its own servers. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Fees are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Catalove to violate Amazon's policies, applicable law, or the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Catalove is provided "as is." We work to keep the service accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee that every merge will be error-free or that Amazon will approve every submitted change — Amazon's own systems make the final decision on listing changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ASIN Growth Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Catalove, including issues arising from your Amazon account or listings.

8. Termination

You may stop using Catalove and disconnect your Amazon account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, where ASIN Growth Hub is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
